簡介睡眠科學基礎概念以及相關研究，進而說明失眠與睡眠呼吸中止兩項重要的睡眠疾病。

This on-line course will introduce current concepts of sleep sciences and sleep medicine. It will also cover two major sleep disorders: insomnia and sleep related breathing disorders. 

本課程以十四次線上授課進行，每次課程影音觀賞加上指定閱讀約50分鐘，課程涵蓋：
1.睡眠週期，2.睡眠剝奪，3.睡眠生理，4.睡眠研究，5.失眠與6.睡眠呼吸中止症介紹
另有兩次同步線上課程，討論期末報告相關
其他則以線上作業，期末報告呈現進行

The courses will offer 14 online lectures including: 1. sleep cycle, 2. sleep deprivation, 3. sleep physiology, 4. sleep research, 5. insomnia and 6. sleep related breathing disorders
There will also be 2 on-line meetings to discuss the term report.
It also includes online assignments and online project presentation
