Meng-Huang Wu (Max) is an Attending Physician (Director, Spine Division), Department of Orthopedics, Taipei Medical University Hospital, Taipei, Taiwan, Assistant Professor, Department of Orthopaedics, School of Medicine, College of Medicine, Taipei Medical University, Taipei, Taiwan, Director, Prospective Innovation Center, Taipei Medical University Hospital, and CEO of TMU Biodesign Center, Taipei Medical University. He focuses on spinal disorder treatment including nonsurgical and surgical solutions involving medical devices as a seeded coordinator for clinical trials of medical devices of Taiwan Food and Drug Administration and used to be a research fellow in the Rothman Institute, Thomas Jefferson University, Philadelphia. His main research interests are spinal disorders, biomaterials and pain management. He specializes in spinal surgeries including spinal deformity correction and spinal endoscopic surgery and is designated as board directors of Taiwan Society of Endoscopic Surgery, Taiwan Society of Minimally Invasive Spine Surgery and Medical Design Association, Taiwan.
